Product Overview

HT150X02-100 is a 15.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., featuring an integral CCFL backlight system without backlight driver and without touch screen. This industrial-grade display operates within a temperature range of 0~50°C and stores safely at -20~60°C.

Key features include antiglare surface, landscape orientation, lamp life ≥ 50K hours, and normal signal interface position. Recommended applications include industrial equipment and desktop monitors.

Production Status Notice: This model entered mass production in Q2 2006 with last shipment in Q4 2013. The product is currently discontinued.
