Innolux 17-Inch Industrial LCD Display with 1280x1024 Pixels 30pin 250cd/m² Brightness DM170EGE-L20

M170EGE-L20 is a 17.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel from Chimei Innolux Corporation, featuring an integral WLED backlight system without backlight driver or touch screen. This industrial-grade display operates within 0~50°C and stores within -20~60°C temperature ranges.

Key features include WLED backlight with ≥50K hours lifespan, upside interface, matte finish, and varying power consumption across revisions (C1: 15.61W, C2: 10.8W, C3/C4: 8.95W). This model is recommended for industrial applications.

Mass production began Q2 2011 with final shipments in Q4 2023. This model is now discontinued. For integration into future products, contact Chimei Innolux or their agent for the latest production and specification details.
