The BOE 10.1-inch TFT-LCD Display Panel B101EAN02.8 delivers a 1280×800 pixel resolution with 430 cd/m² brightness, making it a reliable display solution for tablet PC and pad applications. This a-Si TFT-LCD cell panel is manufactured by AU Optronics Corp. (AUO) and features a portrait orientation with a glossy, anti-reflective surface.

The B101EAN02.8 is supplied without backlight and without a touch screen, and incorporates a built-in OTM1287A driver IC via COG (Chip-on-Glass) construction. It offers a 1000:1 typical contrast ratio, symmetric 85/85/85/85 viewing angles, and AHVA normally black transmissive display mode — well suited to pad and tablet applications requiring consistent image quality.
